Retail Sales Associate

Soccer Village is seeking enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Associates to join our team. At Soccer Village, we want to provide the best customer service experience possible. All Soccer Village Sales Associates play an integral part in the day-to-day operations of the store. If you are a soccer-minded individual with customer service experience and a great attitude this is the job for you.

Daily Duties will include the following:
  • Proactively acknowledge, greet and assist customers in the store or over the phone
  • Greet customers with exemplary and timely service
  • Merchandise, stock, and replenish the selling floor constantly
  • Organize and clean store
  • Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions
  • Process customer's transactions through Soccer Village's Point of Sale system according to Soccer Village guidelines
  • Help to address loss prevention issues immediately
  • Effectively communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
  • Help to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Uphold Soccer Village's code of conduct and business model
  • Help supervisors to identify and resolve issues in the store
  • Proactively bring opportunities to improve our customer service to management
  • Provide feedback to Soccer Village Management in regards to buying trends and customer requests for product
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
  • Customer service focus
  • Soccer knowledge preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Great ability to multi-task
  • Results-driven
  • Strong work ethic
  • Great communication skills
  • Approaches work in a trustworthy and fair manner.
  • At least 16 years old
